Moreover, it is a highly social activity, where the film becomes something to gather around with family and friends. NCG has a strong history of improving and intensifying the “cinema experience”, that is, the feelings in and around moviegoing. New concepts, new high-tech audio and video formats, and smarter ticketing solutions are being added continuously. Today, NCG’s cinemas are among the most modern in the world.

NCG was formed in 2013 when Finnkino bought SF Bio. The owners are Bridgepoint, Bonnier and NCG’s management and Board. All NCG activities are conducted locally in six markets under strong brands: SF Bio in Sweden, SF Kino in Norway, Finnkino in Finland and Forum Cinemas in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
